NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGE IN INITIAL REIMBURSEMENT RATE
The WFT Liquidating Trust operates pursuant to a court-approved Trust Agreement and is overseen by a three-member board (including the Trustee) made up of experienced financial professionals who work to manage policy and meet the fiduciary responsibilities of the Trust. Edward M. Brady, Trustee
Brady, a certified public accountant, is a former name partner with Komisar Brady & Co., LLP. He has more than 40 years of experience in many industries ranging from small start-ups to multi-location manufacturers and distributors. He has served hundreds of businesses, individuals and trusts throughout his career and is an experienced and diligent professional. John P. Devine, Board Member
Devine, a certified public accountant, is the former president and lead analyst for Milwaukee Capital, Inc. He has more than 34 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 15 years working with various financial institutions or their subsidiaries.
William R. Walker, Board Member
Walker is a retired equity analyst and portfolio manager with Mason Street Advisors, an affiliate of Northwestern Mutual. Walker has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.
