NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGE IN INITIAL REIMBURSEMENT RATE

The WFT Liquidating Trust operates pursuant to a court-approved Trust Agreement and is overseen by a three-member board (including the Trustee) made up of experienced financial professionals who work to manage policy and meet the fiduciary responsibilities of the Trust. John Wirth, Board Member

Wirth, an attorney, joined the board in 2026 upon Ed Brady’s retirement.  Wirth brings a wealth of knowledge to the Trust, as he was appointed as the receiver for the Wisconsin Funeral Trust at the request of the Wisconsin Attorney General in 2012, served as receiver from 2012 through 2015, reorganized the Trust in 2015, and has represented the Trust as legal counsel since 2015.

John P. Devine, Board Member
Devine, a certified public accountant, is the former president and lead analyst for Milwaukee Capital, Inc. He has more than 34 years of experience in the financial services industry, including 15 years working with various financial institutions or their subsidiaries.

William R. Walker, Trustee
Walker is a retired equity analyst and portfolio manager with Mason Street Advisors, an affiliate of Northwestern Mutual, and most recently as adjuct lecturer at Marquette University’s Applied Investment Management Program.  Walker has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry.
